REGISTRATION
Before you go to the REGISTRATION FORM, we've added this page to render some assistance to those who may not be as computer literate as others. We are hoping to alleviate some of the problems encountered by a few of the first members who registered.

First, IF YOU HAVE A SPAM BLOCKER INSTALLED it should be set, before registering, to accept email from "poconosbay.com" (include the "s" in poconosbay.com). This will prevent a needed follow-up email from being trashed or ending up in a junk folder.

All information on the form must be completed and filled in following the format that may be indicated
(such as birthday: 01/01/1959, NOT 1/1/59)

If your registration was filled out incorrectly the registration screen will reappear. If this happens look near the top of the form. A message will indicate what the problem(s) encountered with your registration was. (see picture, below)

After you register an email will be sent automatically to you that contains a confirmation link, which must be used in order to gain access to your account.

Once completed, Login using your chosen username and password. You will then gain access to your user panels.

YOUR USER PANELS
Until you become familiar with how it operates, it may be a little confusing to some who first see it.

A video has been created that gives the basics of your User Panel. It will take about a minute to download if you have a high speed Internet connection. Take a few minutes to watch the video and you will understand the navigation a bit better.
MAC Users: My apologies to MAC users, as I believe the video can only be viewed by those with the Windows Operating Systems.

LISTING DID NOT SUBMIT
If you failed to submit information in some areas of a listing you tried to submit, the listing will bounce back to you without submitting. Look at the top of the listing form and it will indicate the error (sorry about the small print it gives).
Make the correction and check again that all areas are still filled in - often, when this occurs, some boxes will default back to an empty status, such as your zip code.
