Eligibility
To be eligible you must:
1. Be a resident of one of the ten counties served by Pocono Bay.
These counties are: Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Susquahanna, Wayne, and Wyoming.
2. Register for a Pocono Bay account by 7/31/10.
3. List an item for auction for a minimum of 7 days.
4. You can not remove, or cancel the auction early.
5. You will receive entries equal to the amount of your positive feedback as of 12:00 midnight, 7/31/10.
6. You must maintain a positive feedback rating at the date of the drawing.
7. You can not be related to any employee of, or under the employ of PoconoPond.com, or PoconoBay.com.

We will require your Pocono Bay username, real name, and address (No P.O. Boxes accepted) used when you registered on PoconoBay.com.
With the above, Copy and paste the url address of your first auction listing in the body of the email.

The Award

The winning member will be announced in a random drawing to take place at the Allentown Fair, Allentown, PA.
Tentatively, the drawing will be held on August 28, 2010. The exact date has yet to be determined, as we await the Allentown Fair to make the official announcement of fair dates for 2010, but will be made available on this page, the "Hot News" link, and Twitter.
The winner need not be present to win. If present, I.D. will be required.
If the winner is not present, they will be notified via certified mail (using the registration information given us) and must return that form within 30 days from receipt.
Failure to return the form within the specified time will make the drawing void and the second name drawn will be awarded the winnings using the same notification process.
NOTE: The winners Name and Town (not street address) will be made public on our website.
The winners image and/or the above information may be used for promotional purposes. Acceptance of the winnings is an agreement to our use of the information specified.

To be eligible for 1 entry you must:
1. Be a resident of the U.S., excluding the 10 counties of Pennsylvania, served by PoconoPond.com (Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Susquahanna, Wayne, Wyoming).
2. Submit your entry by 12:00 midnight, 7/31/10
3. Have a website, blog, or Internet presence that affords public access without fees, or cost to a visitor in order to obtain access.
4. The website, blog, or Internet presence must be presented, by default, in English.
TO EARN 200 ADDITIONAL ENTRIES:

The winning advertiser will supply html coding and the image displayed will meet our website's guidelines of acceptability. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CREATE A BANNER CODE we will create a simple 2 color banner for you and direct it to your home page. No animated .gif images will be accepted.
Free advertising can not be redeemed for any cash value.

The winning website must remain as intended when won. Selling the website, changing the theme to that we would not have originally accepted for submission, or redirecting the domains url will void any unused Ad time and your banner will be removed without compensation.
